BOBSC Bulletin: Christmas Fun Night

 

Hi Everyone

 

As a quick reminder and for those that have not seen the poster, don’t forget Sunday is our annual Christmas fun night for all squads.

 

It’s a great opportunity for team building and getting to know others from different squads for everyone from tech-tots through to seniors.

 

The evening will start at 5:30 and end around 8:00 after the annual coin dive.

 

Kids please remember a towel for poolside and a hat to collect your pennies in.

 

Parents, don’t forget the bag of coins (copper) to throw into the pool.

 

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible to get into the Christmas Spirit and if you have any questions have a chat with a committee member.

There will be no training Saturday 19^th and Sunday 20^th December (AM only) at Dearneside, due to Presentation Evening.

BOBSC Bulletin: January Time Trials

 

Entries received at 8^th December attached. Closing date is Friday 11^th December.

 

The following time trials are licensed at level 4,(license applied for) times recorded are suitable for entry into County Championships where acceptable to the County concerned, and Meets at Level 3. Times are not acceptable for entry into Regional and National Events.

 

Time trials to be held Friday 8^th January 2016 at Dearneside Leisure Centre, 6.00pm warm up all squads.

 

Swimmers may enter one event from the following

 

200 Freestyle – 9 yrs & under

200 IM – 10 yrs & under

400 Freestyle – 10 yrs & over

400 IM – 11 yrs & over

800 Freestyle – Girls 11 yrs & over

1500 Freestyle – Boys 11 yrs & over

 

All completed forms can also be returned via e-mail competitions@bobsc.co.uk

 

 

No Splits will be official and ASA rules apply.

 

Closing date is Friday 11th December 2015

Please note that no entry forms will be accepted after this date
