The Team list for the first round of the Barnsley Minors League will be on the notice board at Dearneside Leisure Centre this Thursday.
The first round will be held at Adwick with the warm up starting at 4:15pm.
Please could all swimmers mark off on the sheet if they are available or unavailable to attend.

The following meet is licensed at level 1. All times must have been achieved in the previous 12 months before the date of the gala.
COSSS Premier Open Meet, to be held Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th March at Ponds Forge Sheffield
Age Groups 11/U, 12, 13, 14, 15/16, 17OV, (Swimmers, who will be 11 years of age at the National Age Group Championships, may be considered if they meet the times listed and at the discretion of the meet organiser)
The promoter reserves the right to limit entries to meet gala license timing restrictions. Where this rule is invoked, the swimmers with the fastest submitted times will take precedence. Events chosen for restrictions will be at the meet organisers’ discretion.
Entry fee: £7.00 per event

Payment can also be made via the Barclays Pingit app using the mobile number linked to the Gala Account 07950645651, or the QR Code shown at the bottom of this email.
Each payment will require a reference showing the name of the gala and the first name of the swimmer. The reference must be used when making payments to ensure the payment is allocated to the correct gala and swimmer. Separate payments will need to be made for each individual swimmer and gala.
If anyone is unable to make direct payments, payment can be paid to me by cash or cheque, allowing time for cheque clearance (5 working days). Cleared payment must be deposited into the Gala Account by the closing date otherwise entries cannot be sent.

Hi All,
The next starts and turns session will be held this weekend on Saturday the 16th January.
The sessions have now been changed to run within normal training times for each squad as shown below:
-Intermediates, Junior Development and Junior squads 4:00-5:00pm
-A2 and A squads 5:00-7:00pm
Swimmers should attend land training as normal.
-Intermediates, Junior Development and Junior squads 3:15-4:00pm
-A2 and A squads 4:00-5:00pm
I have attached the dates for the rest of the season.

Hi All,
We will be holding a target setting meeting for the Intermediate, A2, Youth and A Squad swimmers.
This will give the swimmers chance to sit down as a team along with their coach to discuss the goals they want to achieve over the next 4 months. This allows the swimmers to set realistic goals throughout their training.
The meetings will be held on Sunday 17th January at the following times:
5:30-6:00pm- Intermediates
6:00-6:30pm- A2
6:30-7:00pm- A
7:00-7:30pm- Youth
Attached is the target setting sheet and ideas to help the swimmers.
Please could all swimmers print off a copy and bring it along to the meeting.
The swimmers should the attend their normal training session after the meeting.
