Photography Consent Forms
Thank you to everyone who has completed and returned the photography consent forms.
A number of parents have yet to complete and return the forms. Until a reply is received it is assumed that permission has been refused.
Some paper copies of the consent form can be found on the notice board at Dearneside.
Please could any further completed forms be handed to me personally. If you are not sure who I am, just ask any of the coaches or any other committee member.
