Hi all,
As you are all aware that it is difficult to always get swimmers in on time at the beginning of training sessions. This is valuable training time for the younger swimmers that is being lost due to lack of support in setting up the pool equipment.
It has been noted that week in week out we seem to have the same parents help set up the pool while others take they're seats ready to watch the session. we are a family run club which relies on the help of volunteers and coaches.
I am asking that if anyone could give up 5 minutes of their time to help set up the pool at the beginning of sessions and put down the equipment at the end of a sessions to email myself through the club website. only parents helping set up pool will be allowed on the pool at the beginning of a session, all parents wishing to spectate would they kindly wait in the café area until the pool has been set up.
This will take place at all dearneside sessions week commencing Monday 4th may.
