Hi Everyone
Polite reminder for those who are not yet aware of the date for the clubs annual sponsored swim. The committee have chosen this year to hold the event on Sunday 13th March @ Hoyland leisure centre. Sponsorship form is attached, or they can be obtained from Mick Smith. This year`s event will have a new twist with the swimmers encouraged to carry out the sponsored swim in their pyjamas (optional) and the club will be putting up some small prizes for those who help raise the most money.
We will be using some of the money raised towards procuring some new lane ropes which are in urgent need of repair. We have recently received a small funding grant from the local council which has been allocated towards the repairs unfortunately we are still way short to repair all the damaged ropes.
We do hope you will join us and help towards raising the remaining monies
