We have some fantastic news that our very own Curtis Harper has been selected to take part in a Regional Talent Camp following his success at the long course Regional Championships held in May at Ponds Forge International.
This is a superb achievement as this was Curtis's first regional championships and was swimming as the youngest in his age group. Curtis, swimming at 10 years of age during the meet as it was age at 31st December meant Curtis was swimming against boys already aged 11 and 12 year old. Curtis came away with life time personal bests I all events and if it wasn't for the merging of age groups would have medalled in all 4 events qualified for!
The swim camp will take place on the 3rd of September at the John Charles centre of sport, Leeds.
