Please find attached a new Sponsorship Form for the sponsored swim which should be used instead of the form circulated with the original email. As a Community Amateur Sports Club we are able to benefit by reclaiming Gift Aid. Please ask all your sponsors check whether they qualify to make a donation under Gift Aid and to please do so wherever possible. This is explained on the form.
A small number of Sponsorship Forms have been placed on our notice board at Dearneside.
